A new year brings new opportunities. Your Lindridge Martin Manor HOA Board has been working behind the scenes preparing for our first quarterly meeting of the new year which will be held this coming Wednesday, February 1st at 7:15 at Taverna Plaka at 2196 Cheshire Bridge Road. They have a private room located in the back of the restaurant that they are allowing us to use at no cost. Drinks and food are available for you to purchase before and after our meeting. We encourage you to come early or stay late and mingle with your neighbors. We hope to see you there.
We have a packed agenda and I am thrilled to announce that we will have 4 guest speakers joining us.
Alex Wan - City Councilman, District 6
Amanda Rhine – Senior Director of Transit Oriented Development & Real Estate at MARTA. She is going to tell us a little about the development plans around their headquarters and discuss with us the tax referendum that we passed back in November.
Major Shaw – Atlanta Police Department Zone 2.
Daniel Culvert – Urban Planner Atlanta Parks & Recreation to talk about the plans of 2177 Armand and its future use. Is a neighborhood park in our future? You will decide.
