Bob Scott, Cox Conserves Hero Winner and former LMMNA Board Member, put his lawnmower to use and created and maintained a new trail leading people to Peachtree Creek. Bob Scott built an urban refuge in the heart of metro Atlanta and shared trail maps with neighbors to encourage outdoor activity. He brought neighbors together through a Georgia Conservancy Greenspace Visioning program, and we now have a shared goal to connect the BeltLine and Emory through five miles of walking trails in LMM.
The Bob Scott Award recognizes the ongoing efforts of neighbors who engage in making Lindridge Martin Manor a better place to live. The Award program identifies and honors individuals, organizations, and businesses in our community who are outstanding examples of “good neighbors,” who are committed to building, preserving, maintaining and improving the quality of life in our neighborhood and our community.
