Fulton, DeKalb and 50 other Georgia counties are now under a “Level 2” drought restrictions (despite the recent rain).
Restrictions include:
Outdoor landscape watering is permitted only two days a week based on your house number. Even-numbered addresses may water Wednesdays and Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. Odd-numbered addresses may waterThursdays and Sundays from 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 a.m.
The following outdoor water uses are prohibited: 
- Washing of hard surfaces such as streets and sidewalks
- Water for ornamental purposes, such as fountains
- The use of fire hydrants, except for firefighting and public safety
- Personal car washing (commercial car washes are allowed)
- Non-commercial pressure washing
- Fundraising car washes
